01 · The subscription
Everything your business needs, every month.
You choose the schedule for your chatbot's 8 hours. It answers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and wherever your platform allows a chatbot (for example, TikTok when its messaging allows it). Need more hours? Add them in bundles.
Your subscription renews every month: whatever you don't use in a month doesn't roll over to the next.
02 · Single pieces
Just one piece? Buy it on its own.
The same price with or without a subscription. Without one, you pay for each piece separately.
Single pieces you buy never expire: use them whenever you want.
03 · Subscriber bundles
Need more this month? At a discount.
With an active subscription, you can order bundles of pieces at — off: the more pieces, the more you save. Without a subscription there are no bundles: you pay for each piece.
Extra chatbot hours are billed monthly for as long as you keep them. Before charging for a bundle we confirm your subscription is active. Pieces in your bundles never expire: they add up and you use them whenever you want.
NEO credits
Your NEO account is free. Credits, whenever you need them.
Create your free account and explore NEO. To put NEO to work for you, buy a credit top-up. One-time payment. Prices below are the current MXN reference; USD pricing is coming soon.
04 · Your online store
Free with your subscription. And then it's yours.
We design it and build it to sell, with the art direction of your images.
- Free with the subscription, with a 3-month minimum.
- Once you complete 3 months, the store is yours.
- While you stay subscribed, we pay for its hosting and domain.
- With SEO and GEO: show up in search engines and in AI answers.
If you cancel, these stop
- Your monthly images, videos and store changes.
- Your chatbot for your channels.
- The report every 3 days with market research.
- The hosting and domain we pay for you.
Your store
- If you've completed 3 months, the store is yours.
- Cancel before 3 months? We confirm what happens in writing before you sign up.

- Do I need the subscription to buy a piece?
- No. Single pieces cost the same for everyone. Discounted bundles and extra chatbot hours are for subscribers only.
- Can I get my store without a subscription?
- Yes, with a one-time payment of — USD. With the subscription it's free.
