Who is responsible
NEO Studio is responsible for using and protecting your personal information. For any privacy matter, email us at getneostudio@gmail.com.
Legal name and address of the responsible party: to be completed before publishing.
What we collect
- Your contact details: name, brand or business, email and phone or WhatsApp.
- Your NEO Studio account and order data: what you buy, when, and its status.
- Payment confirmations we receive from Stripe or Mercado Pago. We never store your card details: the payment page handles them directly.
- Billing and tax details, only if you ask for an invoice.
- What you share so we can make your order: logo, product photos, catalog, prices, colors and copy.
- If you use the chatbot, its conversations with your customers, to serve them and to prepare your report every 3 days.
We don't ask for sensitive personal information.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account.
- To bill what you buy and, if you ask, invoice it.
- To make and deliver your order: your pieces, your store, your chatbot and your report.
- To put each thing in place (your store, your social accounts, your chatbot) only with the permissions you grant and can revoke at any time.
- To support you and let you know how your order is going.
Those are the only purposes. We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us make and deliver your order, and only what they need:
- Stripe and Mercado Pago, to process payments.
- Supabase, where your account and orders live.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the NEO Studio site and, if you sign up, your own store.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger), if you connect your chatbot or authorize us to post on your accounts.
- The AI providers we use to produce your images, videos, voices and copy.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your information, to know what we hold about you, or to object to how it's used, and you can withdraw your consent. Email getneostudio@gmail.com with your name, your account email and what you'd like to do; we reply within 30 days. Permissions to post, update your store or run your chatbot are revoked by you, in your account.
What's stored in your browser
The site keeps your order in your own browser to show it on the confirmation page. The NEO Studio account keeps your session so you don't have to sign in every time. We don't use advertising cookies.
